Leadership

Harold Swecker has served in the ministry since 1970. He is the founder. He has served as a pastor since 1971 and has established churches throughout his ministry. He is an affiliate of Revival Fellowship International. He has participated in mission trips in Kenya, Africa and Bolivia. He is a veteran of the US Army and served in Vietnam. He continues to serve the call of God on his life and ministers the word of faith, power, and hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. He is married to Deborah Rader Swecker and they have celebrated 54 years of marriage. They are the parents of three children, twelve grandchildren, and nine great grand children.

Pastor Deborah has served God since her teenage years. She has been a helper and encourager to her husband, Apostle Harold, all their married life. She has served as teacher, director, and now serves as co- pastor at Jubilee Outreach Ministries. She is the founder of the Jewels of Jubilee – a woman’s ministry that hosts Spring and Fall conferences for women in addition to monthly meetings. Ladies from many different churches attend and are blessed with a time of fellowship and ministry. She is also a prayer intercessor for Revival Fellowship International. She is an affiliate of Revival Fellowship International under Drs. John and Rebecca Polis. She is a gifted teacher and encourager to the body of Christ.

Jenny has served God since she was a child. She has been a faithful member of JOM since it was established in 1999. She serves in several areas at Jubilee Outreach Ministries. She is the Sunday School director, Media director, teacher and Intercessor.

She has been married to her husband for 26 years and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren. She loves serving God and others and her greatest desire is to serve the Lord and help farther others grow their walk with God.
